I stopped in mid air as I watched a guy get out of the car and walk in front of the Truck.

“What?” Asked Sandy, as she looked at me after she went searching for her list, which didn’t take long, “What did you say, I wasn’t listening?”

“Oh, that guy right there, do you know who he is? He has been following us since your house.” Looking back I his direction I saw that he was mad, very mad.

With a sigh of despair Sandy looked over at me and said, “Yes, unfortunately. Do you mind if we run into the store and get out of his sight?”

“Not at all, does he bug you?”

“Well, we used to date, but I didn’t like him because he stopped coming to church and so he wasn’t the guy for me. He is still made that I won’t talk to him. He sometimes follows me around trying to get to me. It won’t work though. I am sure glad that you came with me; I don’t know what I would have done. Are you ready? Let’s get going I am not going to talk to him now.”

Jumping out of the car and running to her door before she could open it, I opened it for her. The manly thing to do, right? Then taking her hand we ran into the store, grabbed a cart and hurried. We didn’t see him the whole time we were in the store. Though when we went back out he was there and he was in a worse mood. Even though I didn’t know his mood when we had gone in.

He jumped out in front of us, “Sandy, what are you doing with this guy, I’m supposed to be that guy. Though you seem to forget that and I…”

I cut him off in his sentence. “Excuse me, but we are trying to get through. Sandy has some errands to run.”

What happened next I did not expect at all. He swung a punch at me and knocked me to the ground. He then took Sandy by the hand and looked her in the eyes, glaring at her. I jumped up as quickly as I could. I then swung back at this guy, whoever he was he was stuck up with himself. Hitting him, I grabbed Sandy and we ran to the truck, jumped in and locked the doors. I then started the car, she had left the keys in the car, and we drove off. Once I thought we were fine to stop I pulled into a fast-food parking lot and parked.

“Are you ok?” I asked with concern. She looked quite shaken up and I was my self too. “How did you ever like a guy like that?”

“He didn’t used to be like that, he used to be a great guy, but then he started getting involved in bad things and then I decided I didn’t want to hand out with him, any way I had thought we were just friends. I guess not. I am really sorry I hope he didn’t hurt you. Oh no you are bleeding, here let me help you,” looking under the seat she grabbed a first aid kit. I pulled down the mirror in the truck and looked at myself. I was a sight to see with this huge bruise and cut. Boy was I something and the fight had only lasted like 30 seconds. I must be weak. Now what does Sandy thing of me?

Thanks for reading!

The Story Continued & More

Ok, so I am hoping that my story isn't boring anyone, I mean if it is then I will do something else.  When I get tired I let my mind go and I think of storys of all kinds in my mind and I guess that is what I am kind of doing right now.  Here is the next part of my story...

Around an hour later Sean was sitting in the family history room of the house looking at all the family pictures while he was waiting. He especially was looking at the ones that Sandy was in. She was smiling, and had a shining sensation about her. He didn’t know it but he was captured. He would have to say that he was falling in love with her and he hadn’t even been at her house for a full day. As he was walking around the room he saw a book and picked it up. Once he picked it up he saw the bookshelf full of books kind of like the one he was holding. He opened it up and it was a scrapbook. Sean was intrigued. Sandy had taken a lot of pictures and time and put these scrapbooks together. Sitting down at one of the window seats Sean dug into the book searching for information about Sandy and her family. It was as if he was a stalker.

Sandy came into the room and said, “Well if you are ready we can go… what exactly are you doing?”

“Oh, just fumbling through your books, you know you must be very crafty. Do you take a lot of pictures?”

“Yes, I sometimes do wedding pictures, family pictures and just plain ordinary pictures. It is a fun hobby to get involved in.”

“It looks like that, alright I am ready to go.” Sean said as he closed the book and carefully placed it back where he had found it. “Would you like me to drive to the store?”

“That’s ok, I already have my car started and backed out. Well, lets get going, I don’t know how long it is going to take us to get this list of shopping done.”

Smiling Sean thought, oh I hope it won’t be short, I don’t want this shopping adventure to be short, I want this to last on forever.

Jumping into the passenger seat in the truck Sean stared, four girls owning two trucks was pretty weird. Usually the boys were the ones to own the trucks. Plus this truck wasn’t one of those cheap trucks, and neither was the other one, they were really nice, the kind boys dreamed of having.

“Do you girls like trucks or something? I mean usually girls drive something else.”

“Oh, that is just the way I am, I am not the girly girl all the way, I do like getting dirty and stuff. I just liked this truck when I went car shopping.”

“Hmm, well nice choice, I like this truck.”

Sean sat back deciding to enjoy the ride and start conversations with Sandy, that way he could get her to talk back. He could tell that she wasn’t the type of girl that brought attention to her self. Sandy was more quiet and respectful, that was one thing that he liked about her. As they were pulling into the parking lot of the store Sean realized that they were being followed, a black car had been following them since Sandy’s house.

“Umm, Sandy, do you know who……..

Thanks for reading and findout who is following Sean and Sandy in the next few days.

Outside in the back yard.

Laughter was ringing around as Sean was sitting with Jessica, Amy, and Lauren as he watched Sandy play with the kids on the grass. When he heard the laughter he was startled and looked at the three girls that he was sitting on the back patio with.

“I must have missed something,” he said and the he asked quickly, “Is Sandy always this good with kids and do you think she is busy tonight?”

The three girls looked at him amazed, and they smiled with huge smiles on their faces.

“She is fantastic with kids,” Lauren said, “never have I seen her unhappy to be with kids. About being busy tonight, I don’t think she has anything. I think she was planning on going shopping for a few hours to load up on food and buy some summer stuff. If you want I am sure she will let you go with her.” Was Lauren’s reply along with a little give it a try kind of voice.

“I think I will give it a try,” Sean said, and with that he got up and walked over to Sandy.”

“Oh, this is absolutely wonderful! Do you think there is any hope for them?” Asked Amy with a joyful voice. “I knew I was going to like Sean, and plus the two of them used to play with each other when they were little, so they should know each other a bit. You see it will all work out.”

Jessica and Lauren laughed with happy smiles on there faces. Then the three of them turned to see what was going to happen between Sandy and Sean when he started talking to her. When he reached her he sat down and picked up Sarah. After playing with her for a minuet he looked over at Sandy who was being tickled by Jake, Erin, Kyle and Carson. Well she was more like being attacked but she wasn’t minding it at all, she was just playing along.

Getting the courage to talk up Sean said, “Hey you guys, why don’t you go and play tag for a while and give Sandy a break.” He looked at them as they turned to him, seeming disappointed but giving in, they then ran to the corner of the yard to begin a game. Standing baby Sarah up and giving her a little push Sean looked over at Sandy. “I was told that you are going shopping tonight. Do you mind if I come with you?”

Startled, Sandy looked up and said, “I you would like too, I don’t mind it might be nice to have some company.”

“Ok, great thanks, what time do you want to leave?”

“Why not in an hour, that way we can get everyone settled in and then go.”

“Sounds good to me, I am going to go get freshened up and go do a little more work.” And with that Sean got up and walked into the house with a triumphant look on his face. She might not know this but he was considering this as a date, and it was going to be a wonderful one.

Read next week to see what happens.

“Well I was mostly,” said Tasha, “Kyle was just in some of our classes together.’

“That’s nice,” Sean said.

“Why don’t you both sit down, can I get you anything?” Asked Sandy.

“Oh no we just wanted to come and see you, we haven’t seen you for a while, you haven’t been up to your house lately.”

“No, I haven’t. I guess I have been busy with finishing school up and getting ready for my new job.” Sandy said.

“You have a new job? Congratulations, what are you doing for it?” Asked Tasha.

“I am going to start work pretty soon at a landscaping company designing yards for them. It’s in Salt Lake City, the company’s name is The Scott Anderson Company.”

“You are? That’s my dad’s company!” Exclaimed Sean, “You didn’t tell me that when I came earlier today.”

Right as Sandy opened her mouth to reply the twins came running in the room with pouty faces.

“Aunt Sandy it’s not fair. We were in here first with you and they kicked us out of here. Can’t they leave and we get back to our show?” Asked the twins together.

“Kyle and Carson that was not a very nice thing to say.” Stated Sean with a frown, “I know you two aren’t usually like this.”

“But, Uncle Sean, we were in here with Aunt Sandy first and then they came in here. It’s not fair,” pouted Carson.

“Why don’t you go out and play and then when we are done visiting Aunt Sandy and I can come out and play with you. Is that ok?”

“Yes!” Came the explanation of the two as they were running out of the room.

“Well, I think we’d better get going anyway,” Tasha said as she got up, “We have to get back. It was nice seeing you again Sandy, and nice meeting you Sean. Kyle are you ready to go?”

“Yep, you are right, we’d better get going. Well, talk to you two later.”

The two of them walked out of the door and Sandy and Sean stared at each other.

“What did I say that made you stare at me?” Asked Sandy with a questioning look.

“Sandy, did you know that I came early to also meet a new business person for my dad’s work, but I haven’t picked up the file yet. My dad must have met you. Wow, so I guess you won’t get rid of me easily, I guess we will be seeing each other a lot.”

“I never said I wanted to get rid of you,” replied Sandy slowly. “I think we should get out side and play with Kyle and Carson like we promised.”

“Ya, I guess so,” Sean said as he watched her walk out the door. Why can’t I talk to her in a normal conversation he asked himself? He really liked her and he could tell that he was hoping this family reunion thing would last a very long time. His plan was to get to know her and then when he came down for business stuff then he could maybe go places with her.

Thanks for reading, I know it is dumb, but thanks anyway.

Sunday, May 2, 2010
“Alright, who’s ready for a show?” She said allowed.

“ WE DO!” Was her reply.

“Then let’s get to it. What do you want us to sing?”

They gave her and Lauren a list and the two of them went to work. Sean herd the music and wanted to know where it was coming from. Walking out into the hall he almost ran into Amy.

“Do you know where the music is coming from?” He asked.

“Ya, it’s Sandy and Lauren. They sing all the time. They are actually really good, and the kids love to watch and listen to them sing.”

“Oh, thanks,” Sean said and turned to go back into the library. Looking back he saw that Amy was gone and then he went to the door of the Music room and peeked in through the door. He looked in and was amazed. He couldn’t stop starring at Sandy. She looked so familiar and she……….. He couldn’t describe it. She looked different than other girls, meaning she looked clean and not caught up in the trends of fashion. She looked pure to him. He looked over at his niece and nephews who were smiling as big as ever. Plus the kids loved her to death. They even called her Aunt Sandy, even though there was no family relationship. And back to the familiar part, he was going to have to ask his dad when he got here in a few days. What brought him out of his thoughts was the door bell ringing.

Sighing, he scurried back to the library, not wanting to be caught watching. He then acted like he was doing some work on one of Sandy’s computers that she had in the library/ office. In a way he was doing some work. He worked for his dad’s family company of landscaping. He was trying to put different designs into different files.

Amy came to answer the door so that those in the Music room wouldn’t be disturbed.

“Hi!” Amy said as she answered the door, “Can I help you?”

“Yes, is this Sandy’s house?” Asked a man who was standing with a woman at his side.

“Yes it is,” replied Amy. “Why don’t you come in? She is just in the room off the entry. You can follow me.”

“Thank you,” said the man and woman together.

Being in the library, Sean got up to listen. The man looked about his own age and the woman looked around that too.

“Do you know Sandy?” Asked Amy with a smile, looking towards them to get her reply before she answered the door.

“We both do,” came the reply from the woman this time. “We went to school with her; we were in town and found out where she lived from some old friends. We came by to see how she was doing, we wanted to see her before we left to go back home.”

“That’s nice of you; I’m her cousin, Amy. I live here with her. Well let’s go and get her,” and with that Amy turned opened the door and led the two people in the room. It was perfect timing too, because Sandy and Lauren had just finished a song and the kids were clapping loudly.

“Sandy, you have some visitors,” Amy said getting Sandy’s attention.

Turning around Sandy had a smile on her face.

“Why Tasha and Kyle, this is a surprise,” Sandy said shaking both of there hands. “It’s been a long time, what brings you two here?”

While the two of them where explaining Sean had walked in with baby Sarah in his arms, who was looking very happy. Seeing this, Sandy motioned for him to come over. As he was walking over the other kids had left with Lauren and Amy to go and put some stuff together for lunch.

“Tasha and Kyle, I would like you to meet Sean and Baby Sarah.” Sandy said, taking baby Sarah who was squirming for reach of Sandy.

“It’s nice to meet you Sean,” Kyle said shaking his hand.

“And you too,” Sean said back and also nodding his head to Tasha. “Were you friends with Sandy in school?” Asked Sean as he sat down next to Sandy on the couch, handing Sarah her baby toy that she had been playing with when she had crawled into the library and he was walking out to see what was going on.

Sunday, April 25, 2010
“Ok, so what shall we do tonight before your parents get back?” Asked Sandy with a smile.

The twins looked at each other with a smile. Then together they looked up at Sandy. Laughing she looked down at the twins, knowing exactly what the two were thinking. “Alright you two, we can have cinnamon rolls, though we better get them started if you want to have them soon. Ok everyone lets go in the kitchen and wash up to make some cinnamon rolls!”

“Yay!” Came the chorus of replies.

Amy and Lauren laughed, then they looked over at Sandy. “You sure do know how to catch there little hearts.” Amy confessed with a smile, “I’ll take little Sarah, why doesn’t Lauren go and help you?”

“Fine with me,” Sandy said turning to follow the kids into the kitchen.

Twenty minuets later the door bell rings.

Sighing Amy got up from playing with baby Sarah, which she loved to do, Sarah was always so cute and playful. Shaking her head and realizing she needed to open the door she opened it.

“Hi!” came the reply from opening the door, “I’m Sean, my family is holding our family reunion here. My mom sent me a few days early to make the arrangements and set up, practically get ready is all. Are you Sandy?”

“No, I’m her cousin Amy. Though Sandy is here, why don’t you come in and I’ll go get her?”

“Thanks,” came his reply as he walked in the door.

“Yep, ok I’ll be right back just let me go and get her.” Turning she walked into the kitchen quickly where there was some happy faces all around.

“Sandy the doors for you,” Amy said smiling at the four kids sitting at the counter helping finish up the cinnamon rolls to put in the oven.

“Ok, I’m coming,” said Sandy going over to the sink and washing her hands. Finishing she started her way to the front entry, though grabbed a towel to dry her hands on the way.

Realizing that Amy left baby Sarah in the music room she decided to follow.

“Hello, I’m Sandy.”

Looking awestruck it took Sean a minuet to introduce himself. “Hi! I’m Sean.” He said getting up from his kneeling position on the ground. He had been on the ground when Sandy and Amy came in the room, playing with baby Sarah.

“Sorry, I was just playing with Sarah here. Is my sister here right now? I didn’t know that Sarah would be over.”

“Actually, your sister is on a date with her husband right now. My cousins and I are babysitting your nieces and nephews while there gone. So did your whole family come early?”

“No, my mom sent me early to get me out of the house.”

“Well that’s fine with me, um, why don’t we take your things to a room and get you settled in and then you can get to know the place.”

“Sounds good,” Sean said.

Sitting down on the couch in the Music room felt so good. Her legs had been bothering her lately and she knew that she needed to get out and exercise, she had been mad that she wasn’t able to do it last night. After getting Sean settled in, he had asked if he could use there library to do some stuff. Sandy had said that was fine. Now she was sitting in the Music room thinking. A smile came to her face when four of the kids came running in with Lauren. Oh, this was going to be so much fun she said in her mind while laughing. She knew why they were in here. They wanted a show, and there performers were Lauren and herself. This had happened many times when they were over, they would make Lauren and her sing songs and stuff.

Have fun reading!

Even though the four of them lived in a huge house, they still preferred to sleep in the same room. There house was big with five rooms in the basement and 3 on the top floor. They were all very close cousins and loved to do things together.

Walking out the back door, Sandy looked at the beautiful yard that they had put in. The back yard had a beautiful garden with many plants growing. Six different planters through out the yard, all with flowers and bushes. There were 12 trees in the middle of the yard (planted in a circle) and in the middle of the trees was gazebo. The gazebo had a tale on it with some chairs and flower pots all over. There were also two hammocks. Now besides the 12 trees there was n orchard with 150 trees. They had planted apple, peach, cherry and plum trees. There was also, definitely, a lot of grass to run and play on.

If you were in the front yard there would also be much to see. A beautiful walk way up to the front door that had flowers all along the way on both sides. There were also 2 other planters on each side of the front yard. There were 8 trees in the front. Each were in clusters of four (on each side), and in the middle of the trees there was a bench and some more flowers. Plus there was plenty of grass to run on, just like the back yard.

While Sandy was going through all this in her mind Amy had come out and was also looking around.

“It sure is a beautiful yard isn’t it? Asked Amy with some pride in her voice.

“Yes,” said Sandy, breathing in the fresh air. “Alright let’s get to work. You can begin pulling the weeds out and I’ll start mowing the lawn.

They finished cleaning and fixing up the whole yard by the time it was 11:30. Now it was five to 12 and they were just finishing cleaning up.

“Jessica are you ready to go to your party? If you are you can leave any time you want. We’ll finish the guest rooms tomorrow.”

“Yes, I just need to gather my things.”

“Alright. Amy, Lauren, how about we go and hang out in the music room?”

“We’ll be right down!” They called out together.

Sandy sat down at one of the four pianos and began to play. Amy and Lauren came in and Lauren asked, “Well, should we play a duet or something. We could sing that song you’ve been working on.”

“Good idea, ok we will sing it. We’ll each sing a verse and we’ll sing the chorus together.”

Sandy began to sing the intro and Amy began to sing. In the middle of the chorus the door bell rang. They had all been sitting on a piano bench and jumped up and ran to the door at the same time. Sandy reaching the door first opened it.

“Hi Jake and Erin, where’s the rest of your family?”

“There on their way over.” Jake replied.

“Ok, why don’t you two come on in the house. So, guess what we are doing tonight?

“What?” Asked the twins who came in the door way with their parents and little sister.

“Well hello you two!” Sandy said with a smile bending down to give Kyle and Carson, the twins, a hug. “How are my little adventure buddies doing?”

“Good.” They said in unison.

“Sandy, Lauren and Amy, are you sure you are ok doing this?” Mike asked with a smile.

“Of course they are.” Jessica replied walking down the stairs. “Well I’ve got to go to my work party. I’ll be back around five. Oh and I’ll stop at the grocery store and get that list you gave me.”

“Ok, thanks Jess. See you later.” Sandy called as Jessica walked out the door.

“Bye,” called the twins, waving there arms wildly.

“Bye you two.” Jessica called back.

“Mike they will be fine, why would you ever worry about them. Oh by the way Sandy, my mom called and said they might send some on early to help get everything situated.”

“That’s fine with me. Well why don’t you to go well feed them dinner and everything you can even come home later if you want.”

“We’ll think about it, now I want all of you to be well behaved.” Amanda said looking at her children.

“Bye,” her and her husband said together and walked out of the house, closing the door behind them.

Thursday, two weeks later

The phone started to ring so Jessica who was by the phone picked it up.

“Hello?”

“Hi, Jessica, this is Mrs. Allred, I was wondering if Sandy was at home by chance?”

“She is, just a minute, I’ll get her.”

“Thank you,” replied Mrs. Allred.

Covering the phone with her hand Jessica called out, “Sandy, the phone’s for you”

“Ok, thanks, you can hang up now I’ve got the one downstairs.”

Waiting till Jessica had hung up, Sandy nodded her head and then answered the phone.

“Hello?”

“Sandy this is Mrs. Allred, I know you’re not in school anymore but do you remember when I asked you to bring me those drawings of yours. Well, I sent them into a landscaping company and they liked what they saw and they want you to work for them! You don’t even have to go and get an interview.”

“You sent them in and I got the job!” Exclaimed Sandy. “Thank you so much.”

“You’re welcome Sandy, you really deserved it. You were my best student you know. Ok, they said that you will start whenever they get back from a family reunion and that they will call you then. They also said that your designs that I sent to them have already sold. So they won’t start the landscapes until you have started to work for them but they have already sent you the money for your 5 designs. They also said that you should get your money today.”

“Oh thank you so much, how can I ever repay you?”

“No need for that. Well I’ve got to go so good luck when you start your new job. They sent some information with your money also. The company is the Scott Anderson Company. Ok, bye Sandy and good luck!”

“Thank you and good bye to you too.”

Putting the phone away, Sandy screamed with joy.

“Sandy are you ok?” asked Jessica in a worried voice.

“Yes I am just fine, absolutely fine. I got a job with the best landscape company.”

“You did!” screamed Jessica.

“Yes, and I’ll start whenever they get back from a family reun….”

She never finished the sentence because she realized that there visitors coming for a family reunion were the Andersons. The owners of the Scott Anderson Company!

“Sand whenever they get back from a family what?”

“Jessica. There the family that’s coming to stay at our house for the week. They own the company I just got hired for.”

“That means you’ll get to meet them before you start working for them. That’s good isn’t it? Why aren’t you happy” Jessica asked seeing that Sandy had a frown on her face.

“I am it’s just……….. Oh never mind. Well we’ve got to start getting the house ready, they’ll be here in two days. Ok, so we need to clean up the guest bedrooms, works on the yard today, well let’s just say we need to do a lot.”

“Alright, what do you want me to do?”

“Amanda is bringing over Jake, Erin, the twins and baby Sarah. Mike and her want to go on a date till around 8 o’clock. They are coming over at 12:00. What time is it?”

“10:15,”came Jessica’s reply as she looked down at her watch.

“So, you and Lauren can work on cleaning up the kitchen and TV. room for now. Amy and I will go out and start working in the yard. When you’re done in those two rooms, send Lauren out to help. Then you can go to your work party.”

“Sounds good to me, I’ll go and find those two and tell them the plan.”

As Jessica was walking down the stairs Sandy hesitated. When Jessica had asked why she had a frown on her face, she hadn’t told the truth. She felt like something was going to happen today and it was going to change all her life plans. Her plan was to go to work for a year, leave on a mission and then get married if she found the right guy. Why was she having wired feeling then? Her plan was a good one and she wasn’t doing anything wrong? Oh well she thought walking into the bedroom her and her cousins shared, to change into some work clothes.

NEW STORY: I NEED YOUR OPINION!

Sunday, April 4, 2010
Ok, so I am going to take a break from the story this time because I am not really in the mood to write the continuing part of the story. I have ideas and everything but I am not in the mood to be writing them right now so I am just going to write how I feel. I am getting tired of that story. So here is another one that I have been working on. If you like this one better just tell me because I would gladly continue this one.

Opening up my window early in the morning I sat down on my window seat and looked out the window. Waking up at 6:00 in the morning people were beginning to wake but not too many. Enjoying the fresh air and the beautiful farm land behind the house I looked out and began to think. Ready for a new day and something new I began to plan my schedule. Go to school, work on the yard and clean the house wow that’s something exciting. Not really. I’m ready for a new kind of day! I screamed in my mind. I want to do something different. I mean I’m 20 years old for goodness sake. I want my life to go on. Yes I do have my wonderful three cousins living with me but there all gone and not coming back till next Saturday and today is Thursday. They had gone to visit there family and to get a vacation in before the summer hustle.

I’m graduating tomorrow! It popped into my head. So I won’t be alone the whole week then. My family is coming today at noon, and there staying till next Saturday. It won’t be that bad any more. I thought excitedly.

While this was all going through my head the sun had come up and it was now 6:10. Jumping up I scurried to my closet to find an outfit to wear for the day. One more day of school and then I don’t have to go to school any more. Coming out of the bathroom I looked at my out fit making sure I was modest. Satisfied with what I saw I hurried, washed my face and did my hair.

Hearing a noise in the hallway I went to go see what it was. The phone was ringing. Picking it up I answered it. “Hello?”

“Sandy, I’m so glad I caught you before you left” It was my dad and I knew that right away. “I have a favor to ask of you. Could our old friends come too you house in two weeks for a family reunion?”

“Sure why not, who is it?”

“Do you remember our old friends the Andersons, who your mother and I used to babysit?”

“Yes, there oldest daughter Amanda lives right next door.”

“Well, they would like to have it at your house and stay for a week, with Scott Anderson his family, his brothers family and there dad. Is that ok?”

“Ok, that’s fine, so when are they coming?”

“They are going to come the not next Saturday but the next one after that. So a week after we leave.”

“Alright, so when are you leaving to come down to Provo?”

“We’re leaving around 10:30 because it’s about and hour and a half from Layton to Provo at the most.”

“Ok, see you around noon then, love you dad.”

“Love you too, bye”

“Bye”

Walking down the stairs I didn’t realize that what I had just talked about to my dad would change my life forever.

Sitting in the kitchen eating breakfast, I was looking at some drawing I had done for my last assignment in college at BYU. Well it wasn’t exactly an assignment though, my teacher who taught me everything about landscape designing, asked if I would give her a few of my drawings to look at during my class period. I told her of course, not knowing why, and was now narrowing them down to my top 5. Picking my selection and putting them in my portfolio I left for my last day of college.

Sunday, March 28, 2010

Well, we realized that after we had just sat down, my brother and I thought it was funny, but my parents, who were sitting just behind us didn’t. Then all of a sudden the Andersons came running onto the plane, running franticly to get to there seats, when they saw us they waved, and my parents waved back, but my brother and I just slouched in our seats, hoping that they wouldn’t see us. Of course they did and Mr. and Mrs. Anderson sat next to my parents and there two kids, a son and daughter sat right next to me and my brother. This plane ride was going to be horrible.

Luckily I was able to ignore them for the first ten seconds so that I could collect my self and calm down, but still I wouldn’t say that ten seconds was enough. The Andersons, they…, well… , I just don’t know how to describe them, all I know is that they get on my nerves so bad. They think that they are genius freaks and so they have to tell everyone everything that they know, and they have to prove people wrong if someone goes against their word. That is one reason they annoy me so bad. They also like to stare at you when they aren’t talking and when they look at you they just smile and stare, smile and stare. Really I could come up with many reasons why I didn’t like these people, but you would get bored so I will continue on with the story.

The son and daughter started to talk to us just as I had predicted and were going on and on, I thought my brains were going to explode. I didn’t know what to do but stare straight ahead. Then the girl, named Amanda, decided to take a nap, she said, “ I need my beauty sleep to go to England and I have awaken way too early for today, so if you will excuse me I am going to take a nap. Please no noise or my mind will burst.”

Her mind will burst! What about my mind, I am going insane because of her and her brother. Seeing that his sister was going to nap the boy, named Rick, decided that he would talk to me an boy did he talk. He was about 3 months older than me and he said that the two of us were best friends. Ha Ha! I don’t think so, not in my life. He went on and on until my brother asked him a question. I looked at my brother with a thankful face and told them I would be right back. I had decided that I was going to go and find a flight person and ask them if they had any empty seats I could move too and how much longer the flight was going to be. Walking down the isle I found a lady attendant.

“Excuse me,” I said in a questioning voice, “do you know how much longer the flight is before we arrive in England?”

“Well, we haven’t even gone across the Atlantic Ocean yet sweetie, and we have to stop in New York first, so I would say around 5 more hours.”

I looked at her in horror. 5 more hours of this…….. I think I could go insane…!!!

Monday, March 22, 2010
So I am posting this a week late, sorry.  Though to make it up I will post the next one at the latest by tomorrow.  Here is the next section of the story.

“Mom and Dad please don’t send us on a trip with the Andersons, please!” Was my desperate plead.

“And why not!” Demanded my father in shock from my pleading.

I couldn’t answer so I went back to the subject that was on hand before I started to plead. “So we are leaving in a week, what do we need to bring for sure?”

“Just the usual trip stuff, but you will definitely need a good pair of walking/running shoes; we will be doing a lot of running. Pack enough clothes for about a week and a half, we will be gone for around 3 weeks, but we will do washing so that we don’t have to bring too many clothes along. You might want to leave room for souvenirs; there are a lot of places that we are going to see.” This was all said excitedly by my mom.

“Now why don’t you all go back to what you were doing and on Thursday next week we will do our packing,” said my dad with a smile.

Oh I couldn’t wait for this week to just fly by, and then all of a sudden it was Thursday night and the week had flown by fast.

The house was getting cleaned, straightened; there was luggage all over the living room floor, plus a little more in each of our rooms. We were all hurrying as fast as we could so that we could wake up early for tomorrow morning, we had booked an early flight and the plane would be leaving at 7:30 am. So that meant that we had to be there at 6:30, but my dad wanted to be there t 6:00 just to be safe, so that meant that I was waking up at 4:30 tomorrow morning and so we had to get to bed early. My mother was saying that we needed the house clean before we left; the doors locked the garage locked, to stop the newspaper while we were going to be gone and to have our neighbors collect our mail while we were gone. There was a lot to do before we could leave so we were all working as fast as we could not wanting to waste any time. Finally it was all done and my dad said we would have a quick salad and bread dinner and then go to bed, so we did just that and then we all jumped in bed to get a good night’s sleep.

Though I don’t know how many members of my family got much sleep, because I know that I didn’t, there was no way that I was going to fall asleep right away, but some how I did it. Then I ended up waking up at 4:00, a half an hour early because I couldn’t fall back asleep, so I decided to get my self ready and clean up my room. My dad, mom and brother got up early too, earlier than expected, just after me and we were ready by 5:00. So our family decided that we would go even earlier, but when we got there and waited for a half an hour we realized that the Andersons weren’t there.

To be continued.........

I am tired of writing boring posts, it is no fun, I don’t enjoy writing them and I don’t enjoy reading them so I am going to try doing something else for this post. I am going to write a story that is if it is alright to write for the class I am posting for. Here I go.

The wind blew into my room as I sat in front of the opened window and stared off into the beautiful world in my back yard. Everything was beautiful, the flowers, grass, trees, sky, everything. Gazing into this all I didn’t realize that my brother had come into the room and was staring at me. Hearing someone clear their throat I turned around and saw my brother standing in my doorway.

“Mom and Dad want us in the living room ASAP.” Said the voice of my brother and then he turned and walked towards the living room.

“Alright, I’m coming,” I answered after him as I got off the window seal and walked out of the room.

My mind was spinning and I couldn’t believe it. Was my dream really going to come true, were we finally going to Hawaii? I couldn’t wait and ran up the stairs as fast as I could to get to the living room. My parents had been debating over where we were going to go on our family vacation. Running into the living room my parents looked up from the laptop that they had sitting on my dad’s lap.

“Well,” said my dad once everyone was sitting down in front of him, “we have called this family meeting to tell you where we are going on our family vacation. I have some good news for you and some bad news for you, the good is that we are leaving a week from today; the bad news is that we aren’t going to Hawaii but somewhere better. We are going on a trip across the Atlantic to the Europe area.”

I couldn’t believe it, the Europe area, I had wanted to go there more than Hawaii but I had never told my parents before because I thought that we would never go there. It had not ever crossed my mind that we would actually go there. I looked up at my parents and said, “Oh mom and dad we don’t need to go to Hawaii, and this trip will be just fine.”

“I am glad you agree because like I said we are leaving a week from today so we must prepare fast.”

“Why are we going so soon though?” That was my question, we hadn’t really ever gone somewhere this far before on such short notice.

“Oh, I forgot to tell you, because my friend and his family are going with us too and he has already booked our tickets.”

“Which friend would that be?” Asked my brother, just younger than me, who sounded a little concerned.

“The Andersons, the family that we had over for dinner around a month ago, don’t worry; we will have a great time.”

THE ANDERSONS! My brother and I looked at each other in shock………..

March 7, 2010
In my English class we just finished Romeo and Juliet and I really don’t know why people complained about it or why they have in the past. I actually like the story very well, I mean the writing is definitely different, but so is Dickens writing. He has a nice way of putting things even if it is this long description, and if there way of talking is weird, because it is, Shakespeare is just a good writer. He is a true writer and knows what he is doing. I some ways I wish I was that good at writing. I have to admit that I didn’t like the part that I had to memorize a passage, but I guess it wasn’t too bad, and I got it done.

I hadn’t really read the whole story, I mean I knew what it was about and everything, and I liked it. I didn’t really know that Juliet was good at wining, Romeo too, and that Romeo wasn’t very patient. Well that would have to be one way of putting it, and that is one way that I would describe the two. I didn’t know that they married like less than a day after they met. I didn’t know that Romeo was banished; I guess that I never really listened to or read the story. I have to admit that I liked the way that they pronounced the words in the story; they just had an interesting way of talking.

Romeo and Juliet is the kind of story that I liked at time and then I didn’t. There were parts where I was like why were they being so dumb and then other parts where I absolutely liked how things turned out. For example, I liked how Tybalt and Paris were killed, but I definitely didn’t like how Romeo and Juliet killed themselves just because of their families. I think that it is ridiculous how people can be mad at each other for so long, it ruins the generations after them too just because they are mad at each other. I didn’t even catch the reason of why they were mad at each other, was it even mentioned in the story? If it was mentioned I guess I wasn’t listening to that part well, and I thought that I listened pretty well.

I have to say that I liked watching the different versions of the story after we read it; it helped me understand it better and it was quite entertaining. I had no idea that there were that many versions of Romeo and Juliet, I mean it makes sense to be caught up with the style in life. Romeo was and adventurous, day dreaming boy, who seemed to be struck with the sight of a girl at one time or the other. He sure did change mind a lot and moved really fast, I can’t imagine marring someone when I am older and not telling my parents, that is just dumb. Then there was Juliet who thought a bit more than Romeo but was captured pretty much when she first saw him. I never knew that the story was so good and I am quite glad that we read it in English.

If you heard the words Great Expectations most of us would groan. Yes we would, the book by Charles Dickens that many people despised reading in school when they were assigned. I should know because I am reading it right now, if you took the time though you might actually get into the book. I am pretty close to finishing it and I have to admit that I have had a hard time reading it, I mean it isn’t hard reading it just takes forever to get through some parts of the book. Charles Dickens is a very good writer; he just goes into detail that most of us don’t think is important to include in a book. He has a way of writing and catching the attention of those that are reading his books. I haven’t really liked his book at first, my attention hasn’t really been caught, and well that was a first. I am getting into it now, you see on of the tricks is to read it for a long time one day. This isn’t a book that you can read for 10 minutes a day and call it good, you would be totally lost. You wouldn’t know a thing that was going on in the book. This book is a book that takes time and patience, and that is one reason why it has tested me so much. I haven’t had a lot of time to read lately and I am not a patience person, I am not patience at all. This book is testing me, which isn’t a bad thing. So if you are assigned to read this book then set out maybe an hour a day (or even 45 minutes) to read the book, that way you can finish the book, know what is going on, have an easier time reading the book, and get a good grade in English or whatever class it is in. That would have to be my advice if you were to read it. If someone is going to read it for fun then WOW! You are amazing, to read a book like this for fun. Then I have to admit it isn’t that bad of a story line. I have really like this book, I mean I like reading books that take time in that time period, I think that their life style is interesting. When you compare our time right now to their time back then you are amazed at how much they have changed.

I haven’t really explained what the book is about, for those of you who haven’t read it I will do a brief summary of what it is about, I don’t know but maybe some of you will give the book a try.

Great Expectations is a book about a boy named Pip (Philip, but Pip for short), it pretty much goes throughout his life. The book is written like he is writing it after this has all happened. It goes through is life, when living with his sister and brother-in –law and how he has a mysterious person provide for him, that way he has great expectations in his life, lots of money is provided for him and he moves to the city. Before that though there are important characters introduced who get involved in Pip’s life, but I am not going to tell you any more about the book. If you want to know how Pip turns out you are just going to have to read the book yourself, even if it is a challenge to get through.

Reading is Fun!

Imagine a world with no books, and some of you can actually imagine this, which is sad. Some of us would be bored out of our minds, not to mention there wouldn’t be any stories in the world. Yes, that would be a boring world and there would be no imagination. Most of the books that are written are written by people who have an imagination. Books help the mind think, they are an escape from the out side world and they can actually be quite fun. Just think about how your mind works when you are reading an amazing book.

Your mind keeps on going and going and when the book ends you create even more. You see books give your mind something to think about, even if the book is boring, and you never want the book to end when it does. People get caught staring off into space with a book in front of them, closed, and they just have a far away stare. The reason for that would have to be because they are done with the book and are just continuing the book in their own way, or they could be wishing that it would happen to them. Books really keep your mind running and it isn’t a bad thing, you can forget all your worries sometimes.

When you are reading you sometimes just let yourself be drawn into the book and you end up forgetting the time, day and most of all your worries. You just seem to have a peace over you because you are enjoying the book so much that you seem to think that your trials don’t matter. Sometimes when I am reading a book it is like I am just living in a whole new world with nothing to worry about, but I can worry about what is going on in the book and it doesn’t matter as much and I don’t have to fret. Books are like life savers, there are ways in and a way out with books.

Some of you might look at me weird when I say, “Books are fun to read,” but I actually mean it. I say it all the time to my brothers and friends. Some of you just don’t enjoy books, though if you actually gave it a try you might be surprised, you don’t want to in a way and you end up missing out. When I am reading a book I can be the princess rescued by the prince, the girl on a stranded island, someone on the pioneer trek, living in an underwater world and so much more. You can be a whole new person when reading and you end up having a blast, then when you are done reading that book and you enjoyed reading it! Imagine that! You enjoyed a book and you like reading now, you see it is possible. My brother said, “It is fun to learn new things,” meaning he thinks it is fun to learn new things while reading a book. Which is true, reading can make reading fun!

Now that you have all that to think about you can see that reading can actually be worth it. Your mind can continue running after reading a book, you can be in a whole new world, and you can have a good time reading a book (FUN)! Is it really that bad? I don’t think that reading is hard enough that you can’t get into it, or even boring enough to read you just have to give it a try.

February 14, 2010

So today is Valentine’s Day! Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!!! February is a good time of year, I mean it is the second month into the New Year and everyone is getting used to it. Tomorrow we don’t have school!!! Isn’t that wonderful? I think it is I have been waiting for this break for so long. Plus, guess what came out over the weekend? Percy Jackson and the Olympians: Lightning Thief! Yes, and I can’t wait to go see it in theaters. If you haven’t read the books you sure are missing out, I mean big time, I absolutely loved these books. They are full of action, and plenty to learn about Greek Mythology. My friend and I tried to get another one of our friends to read it and she wouldn’t do it, we even did this big debate thing in school to try to read it. Well then my friend got it for her for her birthday and she read it, but she didn’t like it! We were amazed, my parents got it for my brother though and he loved it. Really, if you haven’t read it you should, and now it is a movie which is an even bigger reason to read the book, so you can then go and see the movie and compare the two. Usually the book is better though, so if you go to the movie you definitely have to read the book, the books are amazing! You have to give it a try, you never know unless you give it a try.

When reading these books you are captured, you are drawn into the books and you just can’t let go. Believe me; I didn’t want to put the books down when I got into the series. I have friends who don’t like reading and they read the first book and really liked it. Sorry everyone, I have probably already written about this on my blog, and I will probably write about it later after I see the movie, but for now I will talk about another subject I guess. How about summer, is everyone ready for summer? I know I am, I mean I love winter, the snow, how pretty it is, but I am ready for summer. I want to run on the grass bare feet again, I want to look at the pretty nature grow. The grass turn green, the flowers go, I can tell you this, and I can’t wait till I can go on hikes again. Last summer I went hiking with my cousins and we went on this beautiful hike to a waterfall, it was so pretty. We climbed rocks, felt the nice cold water, and then we ran all the way down, we probably tripped five times each but it was fun. Summer is what I can’t wait for. It will be here before anyone realizes though, the seasons seem to change over night. The seasons are a wonderful thing, it is nice for a change every few months, people need that change after a few months.

Have you ever eaten too much? Where you feel bloated and you think that you aren’t going to eat any more for the day, and then you see something that looks good and you end up eating even more. Well today was one of those days, and it wasn’t because of the super bowl. My family doesn’t watch the super bowl. I ate so much because I was at family parties and there was way too much yummy looking food. I mean there were sandwiches, vegetable trays, chips, soda, chip sauce, mini pig blanket things, salad, chicken, rice, rolls, and dessert. Ya and there could be more I just don’t remember. So we went to my cousin’s ward today because she had her little baby girl’s baby blessing, so of coarse there is food right there. After the blessing we go over to their house and we had these yummy sandwiches that had cheese and different kinds of ham in croissants that were very yummy. Plus there was pop and a yummy vegetable tray that I ate a lot off of. Then we get in the car and my dad had M&M’s, so of coarse I couldn’t pass the opportunity to eat yummy chocolate. Then we go to my Grandparent’s house and were there three hours before the dinner party with my mom’s side of the family so my grandma decided to make appetizers for us to eat while were waiting for everyone to have dinner. The appetizers were so so good, I had way too much, I had more off of a vegetable tray, eating almost all the cucumbers, eating carrots, and then some green and yellow green peppers. Then my grandma made this yummy chip dip with beans, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and olives. Now doesn’t that sound yummy? Well it was and I had way too much of it. Then my grandma and mom made these pigs in a blanket things that were mini hotdogs rolled in rolls and they were delicious, I probably had five of those. These were the appetizers, I still had to have dinner, so we all decide to wait for a while and take a break off of eating yummy food and talk for a while. Then everyone gets to dinner, bringing in food, dessert, and themselves. We then decide to start dinner and gather everyone around; my aunts brought salads, rolls, and main dishes. So the salad was really good with onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and a salad sauce with some parmesan. YUMMY! I had a plate of that pretty much and then I got the main dish, which was chicken and rice, which is so good. You put the rice on your plate and then you get this chicken out of a crock pot that had this mushroom sauce all over it and you put it on your rice and it is so good. We also had rolls that were hard on the out side and all nice on the inside and they were good. Then there was dessert that was so good, it was a trifle with ice cream, brownies, whipped cream, bananas, and cherries, which I don’t like cherries, but the rest was good and I loved it, first time I had had trifle like that and my family wants to make it again.

Everyone, eat good and exercise!

Sincerely,

Laila Daae

Have you ever had one of those days where everything seems to be going good and the day turns out to be wonderful, nice, relaxing and full of fun, all at the same time? Today is one of those days, I just had a good time, being home and going places. I just turned on the TV and was going to change it to a channel to watch one of my favorite shows when the TV turns on and one of my favorite movies is one TV. I decided to watch it, for one reason of I love that movie, and the other reason was because one of my favorite TV shows was delayed for the night. Well, the movie is made by Hallmark and I didn’t realize until tonight how many movies my family has that were made by Hallmark and we have been pleased by all of them. They are all just fun family movies, at least I like them in my family.

Well, besides having a good day today, I have made it through another week of school! That makes me really happy, and it went well. The bad thing is I have had a cold since Thursday and I haven’t exactly been feeling the best, luckily I am well enough I can go to school and stuff, the bad part though is I have been sleeping in later than I have wanted too. I never like getting sick, it is never fun, it always seems to ruin the plans that you have, do you think so? I mean, you plan to go on a run, or to the store, or somewhere fun, like I was planning to go to my brother’s basketball games, but I slept in because I was really tired from my cold and I had to miss some of the games that I was planning on going to. I made it to the other two games that we had today though, so I made it to half of the games my family had. As you can see, we have four games every Saturday and a game the day before on Friday. Luckily two of those five games are church ball games, but we still go to those because they are entertaining. Basketball games have a tendency of being quite entertaining, I am always into the game. Basketball is my family’s favorite sports and three of my four brothers play on teams, they all play basketball though. We just have fun playing and watching the game. I have some pretty entertaining stories from being at basketball games.

Guess who won the BYU/ Utah game? BYU!!!! I was so happy, I was hoping they would win and they did, my family is big BYU fans. Our neighbor hood has many BYU and Utah fans so it is always fun to see what kind of tricks are played on each other when the two teams are playing. Like for example my neighbors across the street, one of them is a Utah fan and so around Halloween we carved a pumpkin with BYU and put it on our porch and then carved one with a U on it and crossed it out and put it on their front porch. The wife got a kick out of it because she is a BYU fan. She has even put a big BYU flag on their yard to tease her husband, just to have fun.

Have fun everyone and SMILE!!!!

Who has read the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series? If you haven’t you are missing out on one of the best books in the world. It is a book that just draws you right in, you don’t want to put it down when you are reading it. I felt that way exactly, my parents would have to tell me to put it down and do my homework or something. Well you should read the book, everyone that I have talked to that has read the book loved it. I am so excited though because there is a movie coming out that is based on the series and I can’t wait, yes I know it won’t be as good as the book, because books are usually better then the movie, but I can’t wait to see it and it is coming out so soon. The trailer for it looks amazing; I sure do hope it turns out good. I know that my brother and I want to go to it.

Well, from reading that paragraph you can see that I have read that five book series, well I love reading that is the reason. I would read all day if I had the time, but of course there is school, homework and all the other daily life stuff to do that I usually don’t have much time for reading at the end of the day. (*Note: I have probably already written about this on my blog.) I just finished The Illustrated Man, which was quite interesting, I mean all the space stuff and everything, and it was still good though. I would have to say that my favorite book that I have read in the past month is Pride and Prejudice. Yes I have written about this many times on my blog already but I love this book, it is amazing, I watched the movie again this past weekend. Right now I am reading Great Expectations by Charles Dickens, I have only read a few pages of it so far, but it is still very good, from what I have read in the first few pages. I hope to finish this book soon, hoping that I don’t have too much homework.

For those of you that don’t like to read, I would say that you should try to find a book that looks good and try to sit down and read it. Most of the people that don’t like to read don’t take the time to try and read, I know that from experience, I used to dislike reading very much, my parents had to ask me many times to get me to read for school. Now though, they have to ask me many times to put the book down, you see what I mean? If you just take the time you might actually find out that you have a passion for reading. You will find an adventure that you never though you could find if you just open up a book and give it a try. When I am reading I am in a whole new world.

Sincerely,

Laila Daae

The end of the term!!!!!!! I am so happy, I have been waiting for this for so long, though I am a bit sad because now we have to get used to second semester. I really liked my first semester, I have to memorize my new one and get used to my new classes, oh joy. I can’t complain though because we don’t have to go to school tomorrow or Tuesday. That makes me really happy, I can spend time with my family, read, sleep, I will just enjoy those two days off of school. I hope that these two terms will be easier too, or just go on better then the first two did. Ninth grade is hard, I mean I have heard a lot of people say that, it is harder then seventh and eighth and it is considered high school so that gets everyone thinking. I know it gets me thinking. I was talking to my cousin not to long ago and we were talking about how weird it is that I am going to high school, and it is weird to consider my uncle a grandpa now, and my grandparents are great grandparent. It is all weird, I mean a lot of things changed this past year and a lot of things have already happened in these last few weeks in January. Well besides the fact that I think everything is weird I guess I could come up with a better topic to talk about.

This is scary; did any of you read the front page of the Deseret News this morning? The front page was about the earthquake that is supposed to happen along the Wasatch front and it could be in the 7 magnitude range. Isn’t that scary and the weird part of it is, I am using weird again, is that my friends and I were just talking about this in school like two weeks ago, about the Wasatch front and the earthquake that is supposed to happen. Ya, I was eating my breakfast this morning and I saw the news paper on the counter with a big headline on the front page and that is what it was about. Other that reading about that my day today was actually really good for a change, I mean my Sunday’s don’t usually turn out that good, but today was fabulous.

Ok, so I love cooking, but today, I was laughing as hard as I was looking at my brothers faces as they saw the desert that I had made, so it was supposed to be brownies with chocolate chip cookie dough on top. The cookie dough was a little dark and my brother’s faces were so funny, I was laughing so hard, and I think they tasted gross; those were the worst brownies I have ever made. I am usually a good cook, I mean my brothers usually love what I cook, today was hilarious though, I have a stomach ache from laughing so hard, and from tasting the brownies, though the rest of my family thought they were good.

Sincerely,

Laila Daae

Sunday, January 10, 2010

My last entry didn’t make any sense, at least to me, but my whole theory about my writing is that none of it makes sense. Well this past week sure has been a hectic one, second term is almost over and it seams like teachers are just trying to pack in a load of homework before the term ends. I mean it is insane, I have stayed up so late this past week doing homework, long assignments that to me seam like they were just jumbled together, something to fill in some empty assignment slots. For example, in French we had a test everyday for the past two weeks and sometimes there is more then one test in that class in just one day. Crazy, and then on top of all those tests in French I had tests in almost all my other classes, don’t teachers think we have enough to study for already, plus do the assignments they give us? Well that is just something that was bugging me a lot.

How about talking about something pleasing other than homework, like when school is going to get out! Though the weird thing is I will be going into 10th grade, really weird. My family is already talking about an idea for a family vacation for the summer. So yes the second semester hasn’t even started and my family is already talking about where we want to go for our family trip this year. Well one reason would have to be because we can’t decide if we are going to fly out there or drive. If we fly we need to buy our tickets as soon as possible and if we drive we need to pick hotels to stay at along the way. I can’t wait till the summer and I sure do hope that we go where we are planning.

I really don’t know what else to write about, I have just had so much on my mind lately but it is all about school and I have already written about school. Why not writing about what I am reading right now. I just finished Pride and Prejudice around a week and a half ago and I loved it. I have already watched the movie twice. It was amazing, I was really disappointed when it was over, I mean I knew the whole story line and everything it is just I didn’t want it to end there. I am always mad about how books end, I just want them to go on and on, continue the story don’t just stop it there, that is what goes through my mind after finishing a book.

The book I am reading right now is Dandelion Wine by Ray Bradbury and it is actually quite interesting. I have never read a book written this way, it is just totally different from the books I have read, which is good in a way. It is good for me to read different varieties of books. This book is definitely better then I thought it would be. It has really surprised me, I mean the part when he realized that he was alive, that just surprised me, I don’t think like that. That is just not the way I think, I like this book though and hope it ends good.

Sincerely,
